RESERVATIONS require a 30% down payment that is applied to the balance and the rest must be paid in full before it will be delivered or you pick it up.
CANCELLATIONS Items cancelled or decreased with less than one months notice will be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental price.
WHICH SIZE CANOPY DO I NEED? Canopies are figured by square footage. For example a 20 x 30 would equal 600 sq. ft. The size of your canopy will be determined by what you would like under it. For seating allow 6 sq. ft.. per
Chair; 60” round tables with 8 chairs = 100 sq. ft; 8’ tables with 8 chairs = 60 sq. ft. There are many variables in sizing your tent our staff will be happy to help you. We also provide free on site checks and personalized computer drawings of your event.
OTHER HELPFUL HINTS: When using the punch fountain use only pulp free juices. You can freeze some of the punch ahead of time to use as ice so your punch won’t become diluted. When making coffee allow approximately ½ minute per cup for brewing time. Plan on 1 1/3 lbs. to 1 ¼ lbs. of coffee per 100 cups. If you wet the basket before adding the coffee the grounds will not sift through. Sternos last about 2 hours. Dripless candles burn 2 to 3 hours. Votive candles burn 3 to 4 hours.
